What is CollectPlus?

CollectPlus provides your customers with an alternative to home delivery. With over 7,000 parcel points open 7 days a week, early ‘til late, CollectPlus is a convenient service built around your customer. Parcels can be collected at a time that suits your customer from their nearest location, providing convenience on their terms.


Finding a CollectPlus Point nearby is simple to do using our store locator, especially when 91% of the UK’s online shoppers are within a mile of a CollectPlus Point in urban areas.

CollectPlus are a customer facing brand and have been ranked #1 for Customer Satisfaction in a YouGov Poll, along with also having a TrustPilot rating of 9.2/10.

Your customers can use the CollectPlus App to track the status of their parcels when they are in transit to them or if they have posted them back to you for an exchange/refund.


CollectPlus delivery takes 3-5 working days following the merchant taking the parcel to their most convenient CollectPlus Point.

The CollectPlus service allows the merchant to ship any items up to 10kg and up to a maximum of 60x50x50cm. Some items may be prohibited.

CollectPlus Integration with Shopify

CollectPlus selected Union Works as their development partner to bring the CollectPlus Service to Merchants on the Shopify Platform. The Union Works team's experience in building Shopify apps and turning ideas into solutions, allowed CollectPlus to integrate with Shopify and build new partnerships with UK online retailers, all over the UK. 

All of the labels can be paid for and printed within the app. Union Works will help you every step of the way to get the service up and running and ensuring the Collect Plus widget is positioned neatly within your store.


The app injects a widget into the cart page of the Shopify store. This allows the customer to either checkout with a home delivery or get their parcel delivered to a local CollectPlus Point. 


We use some custom JS code in the checkout to fix the address fields when a CollectPlus Point is selected. This ensures your customers can't change the address of the CollectPlus Point. 


We also hide other shipping methods when CollectPlus is selected. This is to ensure the correct price is paid for the label. 


We also tailor the thank you / order status page to explain to the customer where the item will be delivered and how they will be notified when it's ready for collection. 


You can view all new label orders within the app and purchase a label within the window. 


All the information about the CollectPlus delivery is within the app and on the Shopify order, making fulfilment a straightforward process.
